All registered companies are required to have a registered address. This is the address of the company to which Companies House or other relevant governing bodies can send letters and reminders. A company registered address must always be an effective address for delivering documents to the company and its Directors/Shareholders.
We can offer you prominent locations for your registered office address, allowing start-ups and small companies to promote a more established and important image to their customers.

If a company changes its registered UK office address after incorporation, the new address must be notified to Companies House on form 287 (you can send this via duly formed™ from your login page).

Currently, we offer mail forwarding addresses from our London based offices. Mail is forwarded to a designated address as advised by yourself, on a daily basis.
A Mail Forwarding service can be added to your order for an initial setup fee of £50 + VAT, followed by a monthly fee of £19.88 + VAT. This will be billed separately from the formation fees.

If you just want a telephone number which can be patched through to a designated number at your end, we can help. We can provide an 0800 number FREE giving you online access to monitor call statistics, and change the destination of your number. 0800 numbers are FREEphone numbers where the caller pays no charge. You will need to pay for the calls through an online top-up-charge service. Calling credit is 3.5ppm from a landline, and 20ppm from a mobile.
Fax to desktop is also available through desktop credits online and are charged at 2.5p to receive and 5p to send.

We understand this, so we make sure our receptionists are highly skilled and trained to handle calls on behalf of your organisation.
Two call centres are available to our clients, one which handles calls during UK business hours (8:00am to 7:00pm) and the second, which is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Calls are answered LIVE in your company name, and then either patched through, or details of the caller made available to you by a number of contact mediums including sms, email, and fax.
Upon signing up for the service, you will be allocated a dedicated account manager, which you can call upon at anytime to change the way your calls are handled.
Our call centres can issue you with geographical and non-geographical prefixed numbers.
Which numbers should you use?
0207 – Inner London Dialing Code – (goes with our central London address)
0208 – Outer London Dialing Code
0845 – The caller only pays the local call rate
0870 – The caller pays the standard national rate
0871 – The caller pays the premium stand rate
0800 – Freephone – the caller pays nothing. You however will incur the call charge.
