How does duly formed™ do it?
At duly formed™ we like to think that we offer our clients a cost-effective service without skimping on quality. And this has been achieved by making the most of electronic filing an online process originally set up by Companies House to improve efficiency coupled with our own automated technology. This means the information you provide can be swiftly and securely filed at Companies House, to get your company incorporated faster, and at the best price possible.

Placing an Order
Incorporating a company with us couldnt be simpler. Just follow these steps below. Theyll take just a few minutes, and youll quickly be on the way to being incorporated. (Guidance notes to help you are also available at each stage of your order)

1. Select the Fastform package you wish to order that best suits your needs.
2. Complete your contact details (this is in the event you need to be contacted by us if theres a query relating to your order)
3. Enter the details of the company that youd like to form
4. Enter details about who the officers of the company will be, that is; the company director(s), the company secretary, and the shareholder(s) owners of the company. NOTE: you need at least two people for company officers. Youll be unable to continue with the order until two people have been input
5. Input your digital signature. This is an electronic equivalent of a signature you would have put on a hardcopy form. It is a unique identifier for you based upon your own personal information, and created by answering three questions. For example, one question asks you to enter the first three letters of the town where you were born. If the answer was Stockport, the answer would be STO. Now complete the other questions in a similar fashion
6. Optional extras; here you are given an opportunity to add to your order any of the extra products duly formed™ has on offer
7. Submit your order by selecting the Your Briefcase menu option, and choosing which of your orders to place with Companies House. As our formations system functions like a shopping cart, your orders will sit in the My Briefcase area until you are ready to proceed. This allows you to complete multiple orders so you can submit your applications and forms at the same time. You will then be taken to the payment page.

Certificates of Incorporation: An Important Note
We advise clients that with electronic filing Companies House does not issue hardcopy Certificates of Incorporation. Instead, your companys certificate will be issued to you in an encrypted PDF. This will be the original certificate, but if you wish to have a hard copy, Companies House guidelines state your PDF should be printed on 160gsm Ivory Card. Should you wish a hardcopy certificate to be added with your order, duly formed™ is pleased to provide one for a small additional charge of £3.99 + VAT.

If you require further information about this or any other of our services, please feel free to contact us at: info@dulynoted.co.uk.
