We understand that many of your clients require companies to be incorporated on their behalf, so at duly formed™, we have provided the means to facilitate this.
Our formations portal was designed to enable anyone to form any number of companies online, through our user interface. From the moment your first order is logged with us, you are automatically designated an individual account on our system, with your account details emailed directly to your inbox.
Your formations account is then freely available 24-7.
If you would like to form another company, file an annual return or other statutory document, or just check your account details, simply access your account from the homepage using the login details provided in the email.
But that's not all. Your account has the facility to enable more than one person from your company to process orders with us, by maintaining additional users on your account. We have also provided a credit facility to make payments directly to your account, so that other users do not need to provide payment card details each time an order is placed with us.
Offline Orders
Whilst the internet is growing at a rapid pace, we realise that it's not for everyone, and many still prefer to place orders offline. We are happy to take orders over the phone, via fax, or in the post, but we do prefer to have the order in writing to confirm the details and remove any possibility of error.
